Too hard to work!

Very disappointed, we expected more from a Braun product. If you or your child is sick, you don't have to agree on a multi-step procedure just to take a person's temperature. I have no idea of its accuracy because we could never get a consistent reading. Maybe it was broken, the packaging was wrinkled and it looked like it had been on a store shelf for a while.
