I have carefully read many reviews about this and other brands. I thought I got the holy grail of eye makeup remover pads. But that's not the case. In short I use a pad on each eye, they are smaller in diameter than you might think. You then have to rub and rub the pad to try to remove all of the mascara. I still had mascara on my skin under my eyes. Not a nice site. Next time I will look elsewhere.
