Pretty, but too insensitive to switch it off with normal indoor lighting during the day.
The pair I received are gorgeous. They each have an LED that emits light and a white plastic cover that goes over the LED and can be removed to get some more light. At the base of the curved "stem" is a downward-facing photo sensor that turns off the LED when it "sees" enough light. Unfortunately, these little night lights need a lot of ambient light to turn off. In the room I want them in, they don't go out in daylight, even with the blinds on nearby windows fully open.
