worst product ever.

This is a waste of money. I contacted support to tell them only the left side is working and I couldn't hear anything on the right side. They wrote me a nice reply thanking me for letting them know about it and they will tell their R&D team about it. Another waste of time. I hope the money that needs to be donated goes there because the product and customer support is fantastic.
