They seem insanely cheap. The rubber finger pads are not bonded to the outer shell in any way. The clutch side doesn't have a tapered collar, so gluing is the only way to keep it in place. This is normal except that when you try to tape the loose rubber to the inside of the outer shell it won't stay in place and will roll on itself. Once in place, the pads are completely out of place and there's no way to get them back without removing the outer shell and starting over. If I had to choose between wrapping the steering wheel in barbed wire or ordering another set, I would go with barbed wire.
