Excellent customer service and product.
When I got them, one of the controllers was rattling and some of the buttons were stuck. After asking for a refund they sent a replacement before I even sent the broken one. Good product. I like it better than Sony. I recommend to everyone. I can't even beat the price to take a chance and try it.
