I've had LOTS of Sandisk MP3 players before and for some confusing reason they've changed the program that makes it usable. I loaded my 16GB memory card with music only to find that the shuffle function was useless. To hear different artists I have to go through the menu to change it, otherwise I'm stuck on the album indefinitely. And every time I turn it on, it doesn't just pick up where I left off like last time. Player. NO I have to go through to tell him where to read and then tell him what artist and song I want to play. The purpose of listening to music is not to be a DJ. for each song, and if so, then SanDisk should pay me to play on their devices. Complete nonsense! After years of loyalty, they lost me.
