I was looking for pleated sheets for a bedroom makeover and didn't want to pay an unreasonably high price for them. These sheets fit the bill perfectly, but you get what you pay for. You look great on my bed! Very chic. Up close, however, it's a slightly different story. I noticed that some of the creases have been undone from the start and the material itself is not of the highest quality. The duvet isn't as fluffy as I'd like, but I guess that's to be expected when it's tightly packed for efficient transport. A warning: I washed them first in a top-loading washing machine that has a center agitator. That single wash on the gentle cycle ripped my comforter, leaving a 6 inch tear. I don't necessarily think it's the bedding, more a cautionary tale for anyone in a similar washer/dryer situation. Generally they are nice and do their job. Will they stay with me forever? Probably not.
