I got this in XS for my Yorkie and it's a little loose but honestly it fits decently considering it's not a medium sized dog. It was very difficult to find a red bow tie that suited him and he loved it. He doesn't try to take it off or run away when I put it on. The description is accurate. It's durable and the color is bright. I also had another color for my medium sized dog but it grew out so quickly it didn't last long but was great as long as it fit. You must order a medium size for her instead of a small one.
