Disappointing design

I've had two Yardstash III's and have been happy with them apart from the screen only lasts about a year in the sun. So I bought the Yarstash IV because of the heavier fabric. What I didn't realize was that the "skeleton" of the bar is different and poorly constructed. The roof pillars cross, making the yard narrower at the top than on the Model III. And there are no support posts on the sides, so the four corner posts can sag. I have this item on my barn wall but I can't use ground stakes because my patio is paved with cobblestones. This causes the tent to sag and fall over in the wind. This may be too much, but I would like this company to send me two side posts for the bottom grommets so the corner posts are separated at the bottom. Then maybe this storage unit would be stable. Look at my photo - side view of this janitor.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Definitely bad product
