It looks the same as the picture and is very cute in real life. I'm about 180lbs with a thicker waist and had to use the latest snaps, so it's probably not as versatile as we were hoping for, but it's definitely stretchy as hell. It also stayed in place fairly well, unlike a lot of the straps that slipped and slipped.
