effective but inconvenient

They do the job as described. I definitely feel better when I wear them. The clip is too big and puts pressure on my forehead. They are most effective when they fit snugly over my current glasses. Unfortunately they don't stay flat because the clip allows them to rotate when I tilt my head down.

Pros
