Poor quality - bursting balloons

They were disappointing - some of them were perforated/deformed, difficult to inflate by mouth (must use balloon inflation machine), at least 5 burst within seconds of inflation, at least 8 more popped up the moment I hung the garland after the sun hit it (on a not so sunny day). All in all, I'd rather pay 5 euros more and have more fun with a garland that lasts at least a day.
