Only received one tube

I purchased this product for reef safety. This is a typical mineral sunscreen that was a bit difficult to apply and rub in but was generally tolerable. What didn't satisfy me was that the product was listed as "2 pack" when there was only one tube in the pack. There is no reply from the seller yet.
