These cables were nice and long and charged well during use. One stopped working after a month and the other worked a few more months. I try to pay attention to quality and pay a little more. I won't buy them again. I was never informed of new or defective cables being returned at this time. I had to do a lot of digging to find the "return reminder" email for the faulty cables and then the charges on my account exceeded the amount listed in the email, charged if it wasn't up to was returned by a specific date . bad for how this was handled as I rarely check email but always get notifications through the app (since that's how I notified Revain). The email from Revain has a link to print a return label, but the link opens the Revain app (on my iPhone) with the list of items I've ordered. It's a mess. I'm trying the link on a MacBook and we'll see how it works. A pleasant surprise. not.8/7/19Update: Revain responded to my call for a replacement or refund and shipped two new cables. They arrived on July 3rd and the one I'm using works fine. I understand having to break another wire to make sure it works. Revain has an amazing return service and I am so grateful for their amazing help! I will buy again when there are no more defects, but I will always buy Revain.
