Also, the extensive network of Apple-branded products was a major factor. The wheel provides a quick and simple method of adjusting the volume. These look cool, but man, they're hefty. The problem is not so much that holding them causes neck fatigue; rather, the issue is that inertia causes them to fly off one's ears whenever one makes a sudden head movement. Even if you do it like they do in the commercial and lie down on your back with your head propped up on a cushion, the headphones will still fall off your head because of Earth's gravity. It would be great if the aluminum frame could replace the steel one.
