Looks different than expected. I bought it because it looked a lot stronger and bigger than the others but it didn't look like what I expected and the color wasn't what we thought. My dad isn't a fan of the dirty wood color, but there's nothing he can't paint over and if he doesn't want to paint over, he can live with it. That's pretty much his motto, but otherwise he loves it. Wasn't a deal breaker. The installation took some time. The most difficult part for me were the screws that I had to use for the pieces of wood. The screws seemed so big and the hole in the side of the tree seemed so small. It might be easier this way for me and you, but since I practically did it myself my fingers hurt at this point and I had to use a towel to twist those fat screws out of the way until they were flush. . It's possible, but it definitely gave me the fight. My hands aren't the strongest so others may not be as difficult, but be aware, follow the instructions and don't mix up the screws. When it comes to the wood shelves and tops, don't worry, those big screws should go into these tiny whole pieces. If necessary, take a towel with you until they turn red. Here are a few photos of my finished work. Since it's summer, the coat isn't on display yet, my dad is constantly drying the shoes and then hanging all sorts of little things on them. Will certainly come in handy in the winter. Hope that helps.
