I was excited to buy this bag because I wanted to go back all day and needed something with a headphone jack. Apart from the internal stitching being decent I have to say I am disappointed with this bag and lucky that it is cheap: 1. Different color - I ordered the brown version of the bag and received a very light brown gray version as shown in the picture.2. For left-handers - I'm right-handed and used to carrying my bags on my right shoulder or crossbody off my right shoulder, the bag I received can only be carried on my left shoulder.3. Unused headphone jack - I got this bag primarily to listen to music through my headphones while walking. The headphone jack was small and I couldn't get into the headphone jack - it only fits most standard headphones.4. Very small - the bag is a lot smaller than I expected but I think this bag is on me.
