I have good eyesight but I stare at the screen all day for work. It got so bad that I couldn't see when I got home from work. Instant relief as soon as I put them on. I find they work well under fluorescent lights too. I have scotopic sensitivity and light bothers me as my Irlen lenses are usually $500 and I have to buy new ones every 5 years. It was easy to fix! I can go straight from screen to book with no blemish in my eyes! You study too much or work too much, but it helps! I have a small framed face so I went for these and they are very good quality as are the sunglasses!
