Scented water does not foam.
I have bought several different types of soap and this is by far the WORST I have ever purchased. It is 98% water. Does not foam and is too watered down to be used in my automatic foaming hand dispenser. Used it to refill one bottle but it was so disappointing I gave it to a friend, who also could not use it so we threw away the rest. Waste of money and I will never buy from this company again.
