The strap on my Michael Kors wallet has snapped and Michael Kors customer service is a nightmare. It took forever to hear the answer and what they had to say didn't help. You would think that for such an expensive wallet they would want to help fix a poor quality strap. But no. Luckily I found this leather strap option. The color of the skin doesn't match the handbag perfectly, but it's very close. The quality of the strap is really good and hopefully it will last!
