Great for the price

The instructions are not well written. Once you get the hang of it, it's easy to program and works well. I use this product in a commercial kitchen.

CONSTRUCTION --- is made of durable stainless steel, easy to use buttons and a very clear LED digital display. Batteries not required, power 110v
