These spade terminals are fine. However, it is quite difficult to slide insulating vinyl covers over each other as there is only one size of insulator. That means only one size is unique for each of the 3 shovel sizes in this set. This makes properly isolating the two halves of the connection quite a challenge. IMHO the insulating caps in this kit are better for repairs than built-in wire connections.
