Using these with a laptop over bluetooth is a bit wacky. When activated, they function as a poor-quality headset connection (no hands required). Just turning it off and back on again restores its normal speaker connection. Perhaps the specific bluetooth adaptor makes a difference, but I have no idea. Listed below are some advantages: Excellent quality of sound. Plenty of potato chips. Really handy program. Anti-noise properties are excellent. See the downsides below: The aptX codec is not available. Very shallow and constricting earcups. The ear canals are too small for big ears. The discomfort in the ear's exterior typically sets in after two hours. Maybe some custom ear cushions might help, but I didn't really need the otic sensor anyhow, so I had a hard time tracking them down for this model.
