Installed 10 of these in our house just over a week ago. There are no burned out bulbs in the bunch, they all light up almost simultaneously. 4 stars at this point, too early to tell how they fare over lamp life and I swear I do see a tiny flicker at times. It's very light and nobody in the house said anything but I get it from time to time. Not bad enough to prevent me from getting them again if needed, assuming they hold up as advertised. Another thing I could point out is that it would be great to have a different color option between those "soft whites" (actually warmer whites) and the daylight options. They're a bit tepid in color, but I didn't want to include daylight bulbs that are too harsh for the area. However, the brightness is sufficient so that you don't have to worry about it.
