In my original review of this product I gave it 1 star because I thought it was defective. I withdraw this negative review. It was fine when I first used it, but after a few days it stopped working properly. I couldn't figure out why and assumed the product was faulty because it worked great initially. The seller was very nice and sent me a new one. The same thing happened - it worked fine for a few days and then it stopped working properly. I thought it was just a bad product. I recently charged the batteries and noticed that one of the batteries is not fully seated. Since it worked fine for a few days initially, it just didn't cross my mind. I apologize to the seller. This is an excellent mirror.
