Review on Skytuneup by Scott Channell

I love that it gives you an overview of your current state, its easy to see what needs attention first hand via graphs or charts as well! It's also very simple for non-technical people like myself who want some help with their computer but don't know how they should go about doing so themselves (I'm not tech savvy). The support is great too - anytime my questions are answered within minutes/hours compared in other programs which can take weeks sometimes even months depending upon customer service department response time etc., this program was able solve any issue immediately without me having problems going through multiple levels just waiting days before receiving answers from others when there were issues solved instantly by simply asking "SkyTunUp!".
