It's hard to beat a $30 prime lens!
I bought this lens to use with the Sony nex-5n which has a cropped sensor. I used an inexpensive NEX mounting ring and it worked great. It's hard to believe that cinema quality can be achieved with a $30 lens. Of course, the focus is manual and there is a little distortion at the edges, but if you zoom in a bit and shoot in good light, the images turn out great!
