Tutu more than expected.
Although this tutu is listed as 2-6x, it is too big for a small child. In my opinion, the optimal size would be 6-8. It's also very stiff, causing it to stick out more than it dangles. Ideal for creating a fluffy tutu.

- Insanely long considering who it's for. You need to cut it in half.
