We chose this for our teenager who has had trouble sleeping and he finds it to be a great solution - it's comfortable, soft, long enough for his body and just enough compression to encourage him to stay still stay when it moves, making it easier to get back into a deeper sleep. The top has a great design so when it's on the bed it looks like a regular blanket and feels luxurious. He has used it with and without the (flannel) sheets and loves both. We're not sure how this can be washed, so we're happy to take a layered approach. He gives the duvet 5 stars - it's SO comfortable.
