We had an engagement with Bryan Cave to assist us in resolving several issues related to our corporate structure. They were very professional and thorough throughout the process. There was nothing I can think of that would suggest there is anything bad about working with them! Our main goal was to have some clarity regarding our ownership within the corporation.
