I waited a week after trying 2 times most days. I noticed a difference on day 3. I had problems with my 2 front teeth, some of them were very obviously yellow. All my teeth are also slightly yellowed. This product works well! After a week I see that they are getting a little bit whiter every day. I will post another note with an update in about 2 weeks. So far I am very satisfied with this product. It's very messy, but I've found ways to reduce some of it. A big problem is keeping your mouth as tight as possible. Now I do more paste with it and I get much better results with the lightening.
