Review Addendum: Apparently the original issue raised in the previous review remains. However, the seller answered us directly almost immediately and solved the problem very directly and openly. I would not order from this seller again and will order the same product again. Thank you for contacting us so quickly. My little boy loved this item, but within 20 minutes I repaired the 2 inch gap in the pillow seam and unsuccessfully tried to get the zipper to work without breaking. I'm confused by the reviews saying it's good quality. The problem with the zipper is particularly frustrating.
