Like regular denim for women
The fabric is the same as regular denim, quite thick and doesn't look like thinner stretch fabric. These have no tension at all. The blue color resembles dark denim, almost indigo. This is not a pencil haircut, just a straight one. Hangs like an A-line skirt. I wear ML and have a wider midsection so I took the large size which is comfortable. For its $19.99 price point, this is a great buy as skirts like this are typically $25+ at mainstream retailers.
