In this case this chair is 14 inches long, 5 inches high and 4 inches deep. When assembled, the seat itself is about 20 inches wide, about 23 inches long, and about 27 inches high at the back. It actually weighs the advertised 2 pounds, which is suitable for all but the top-end ultra-lightweight chairs. The chair is as comfortable as you would expect from a lightweight camp chair. I'm sitting in it as I write this review. It is made up of poles that are attached to each other with bungee cords. When mounting a cloth seat on a bar structure I can tell you that it is quite difficult to insert the last two bar heads into their corners. Having two people really helps, which was a little annoying at first. However, I left the set assembled overnight at about 30 pounds and when I took it apart and put it back together it was definitely lighter. It just needs to be stretched, so I'll keep it that way, at least for a while. This chair is made in China and sold on Revain by a Chinese company. The listing shows it can hold up to 300#. . . .Good luck with it! I'm 180 and certainly not considering using this chair for someone over 200.
