I wear women's jeans a size 10 and teen jeans a size 11 or 13. I'm also a 38 D. I ordered a size 12 and she fits perfectly. I was concerned about having enough room for the "girls" and this swimsuit is perfect for them. I don't feel suffocated like in other swimsuits. This swimsuit also has removable cup inserts which is handy as you don't have to wear a bra underneath the swimsuit. As I'm rather petite, the sleeves are a bit long, but other than that it's perfect. It's beautifully finished and stretchy. There are no problems with it yet, the print is very cute. I absolutely love this swimsuit.
