I was very optimistic when I bought these headphones and they worked flawlessly for about three months. Aside from 3-4 hours of battery life, I was mostly satisfied. I could live with that. Then they began to fall apart. Within another month they were completely broken and unusable. I have had a very bad experience with this company and would advise you to buy elsewhere. So I returned to Revain to find that the price of the product had gone up and I had to pay more to have it replaced. I decided to contact BlueAnt to give them an opportunity to replace it (it had a two year warranty; I didn't have to pay more just to replace the faulty product they sent me). Literally weeks of support went by just to get them to agree that they should replace the failed work. And when they finally agreed it was right, it took them six weeks to send me a new set. six weeks When I received a replacement I found that it was not an equivalent replacement. It was a cheaper model that only had a set of cheap blue ear tips that came off too easily and got lost. I was angry but thankful to get my headphones back. They work quite well and I use them all the time. It's been hard without her for so long. But now the replacement fails. I'm not being rough on things, but the left speaker stopped working tonight. So I think you should buy something else. If my experience is normative, your purchase will not be successful. And good luck if you have to return them!
