Review on ๐Ÿ’ฟ Besign BE-RCA Long Range Bluetooth Audio Adapter, HiFi Wireless Music Receiver, Bluetooth 5.0 Receiver for Wired Speakers or Home Stereo System with Music Streaming by Eric Avina

Easy to use but poor sound quality

Pros: - Inexpensive way to stream audio from your phone or tablet to a legacy Hi-Fi system without built-in connectivity - Easy to set up - Comes with all the necessary hardware - Excellent Bluetooth signal range - Compact : - Pairing not initially smooth - Significant loss of sound quality. Thanks to the high-quality sound system, the loss of dynamics is immediately noticeable. I bought this to replace my old Google Chromecast Audio. The Google device tends to lose connection with my phone but keeps playing music. Unfortunately, I can't control the volume, track changes, or control other functions through the Music app during this time. The Besign device initially showed promise. It holds the signal well and has excellent connectivity, but given the dramatic degradation in audio quality, I'll only be using it as a backup. Streaming over Wi-Fi is much better than over Bluetooth. I even used a high quality Monster RCA cable set instead of the one that came with the unit and it still couldn't reproduce the sound quality you would expect from a high quality system. If your priority is streaming extremely high quality music through a high-end system, I wouldn't recommend this. For streaming through a shelving system, vintage Bose Soundwave, or any midrange system without built-in connectivity, this will most likely suit your needs.
