Tried several times to use headphones with a mobile device. It fits perfectly and the music listening experience is exceptional. MY problem is with the language component. person (. and i've tried a few people) they can't hear me i'm using headphones. I've tried adjusting the headset on my head but to no avail. You will ONLY hear me when I take the headset off my ears and speak directly into the microphone! So this is not the solution I was looking for. I want a replacement or a different headset that works better. ============================================== = === ======================== UPDATE -- TREBLUBE was kind enough to send me an updated pair of their Z2 headsets. Significantly improved version. Customer service was excellent and should be commended for solving my issue with the E3 kit by sending me your product for an upgrade. A quick comment on the Z2 packaging. The strap you put on to secure your phones is a little clumsy. maybe a little velcro on one end or the other to give the user a choice to use it or not. Thank you!
