Make me count how much I love this product! Full Disclosure; I am an incinerator. About every third time I make oatmeal, I walk away only to smoke blackened cereal again. This usually results in soaking and cleaning, but with the Scan Pan I just dumped the charcoal disc into my compost. The pan was clean. Wonder. I looked at non-toxic nonstick pans on every health food website I could find and they all voted Scan Pan the best. I love the look, the feel (not too heavy, great handles), the vented lids, the quick and efficient heating (I'm sure I use less gas - no kidding), and the fact that I can use metal cookware . But the cleaning sent me. You have to see it to believe it. I've told our daughter I know what her wedding present will be and she's not even engaged yet.
