What I am very happy with :- Can be used to elevate my laptop or monitor on my desk so I don't lay my laptop on my desk so high that it can be used as a bar table. - Works great as a desk on the floor - You can change the angle of the flat panel. An extra 10% that I was hoping for: - If your sofa is very soft or the seat is angled, it may not work as a sofa lap table as there is no leg angle adjustment. It would be difficult to keep it from leaning towards you or away from you depending on which direction your sofa wanted to send it. Even with the different angles of the top, I'm not sure I'll ever be able to successfully use this on my sofa in a comfortable way. but I knew it was a long road :)
