Love these winter pants! I'm 5'8 135 lbs and I usually wear a 4-6 pants. A size small fit perfectly- fitted high waist, stretchy in the hips and knees, and long enough to cover the tops of my feet. I have trouble finding snowpants because my hips are a little wide, and most other pants don't stretch. They definitely fit true to size, if you size by your measurements. For reference: my waist is a 27-28" and my hips are 39".These pants are very warm and tuck nicely into ski/snow boots. I was able to wear them with a base layer and go skiing when the temperature was in the teens. The only downside for these pants is that they are not fully waterproof. I would call them water resistant. Fine if you're going to ski, as long as you don't plan on sitting in the snow.
