Great retro-style ashtray. I do not smoke and all guests who are in my house smoke outside. Before buying this ashtray I used empty beer bottles. It looks really good, is reliable and works great. Simply push the center plunger with the ash or cigarette butts placed on the chrome plate and when depressed the plate rotates sending the ash and cigarette butts into the glass container. Bought two, gave one away. Even if you have a lot of smokers using the ashtray, it needs to be emptied quite often.
