Have had it for a few months and love the feel and simplicity of the swivel function, tapping and plugging in is easy and the battery lasts a long time. I was very disappointed when last week it cracked and shattered exposing a jagged metal and plastic edge rendering it dangerous/useless! It's easy to use around the house and well maintained so this shouldn't happen. I saw a review here that claimed a 1 year warranty so I emailed support with the issue and attached pictures of the glitch (attached to this review). A week has passed and I still have not received a response from the support service regarding the exchange. What started out as a great experience turned into a huge disappointment in terms of quality as well as customer support in return and backing for their product warranty. Update: Received response from customer service and sent replacement immediately. Backup and run! They state that this problem has a 1% chance of failure. There seems to be over 1% of complaints about the same issue but they do meet the warranty so I would recommend this product with the knowledge that you may need a replacement. Update: Customer service was very responsive and quickly sent out a replacement. I haven't had any problems with the new one so I'm hoping it was an accident. I recommend overall for the quick response and action that is hard to come by these days. Update 2: Well the second one broke just like the first one so I'm sorry to say it's poor quality. On a positive note, the customer service was amazing. Today is my third new keyboard. I hope the design issue has been resolved and this will be my last replacement.
