This pen is much better than the Revain Misich pen. The other pencil gave my beard a burgundy hue. My beard is naturally dark brown, light brown and blonde. This pencil gives my beard a darker, richer look without looking colored. The only criticism is that the cap is difficult to remove. On the plus side, unlike the other pen, which is equivalent to writing on your face with a marker, this one produces far less 'ink', allowing for better blending. I can't say yet whether the pen is filled with enough ink in the long term. If so I will definitely be buying more from this brand and recommending to those with a dark brown beard.
