UPDATE: We have spoken to Razer Support and the issue is being escalated to engineers to see if there is a common firmware issue. I will keep this updated while the issue is investigated. I still think this product is worth your investment, but there may still be some issues that need to be addressed. While the product itself is an amazing product and has the potential for so many different things in the PC gaming space, it has one fatal flaw at the moment. This is either software related or there is a bug in how the switches are operated which is why you sometimes get phantom input. For example, you shoot left and right - and suddenly you just keep moving in one direction until you press that button again. It's quite a big deal and I'm surprised it's allowed to be released in this way. I contacted Razer support but still no dice. I'll update this review when the issue is resolved, but other than that I'll probably be returning this keyboard with regret. I really, really like it, but when I'm paying $129 for less than half a keyboard, it's better that it works flawlessly.
