It was perfect for my 16 month old baby! She loves tulle at the moment and is constantly trying to get me to wear the only dress we have that is far from perfect BUT THIS SKIRT IS PERFECT! It has a soft fabric that covers the edges so it doesn't chafe on her very sensitive skin, the tulle is super soft and fluffy without much fuss, it's not too short and not too long! She loves it and spins in circles wearing it! The colors are perfect too! My only complaint is that they no longer have those colors. I would love to see single colors and other color combinations because we will own each one!
