I really want to love this bag but after having it and using it for less than a week the accent bow has snapped and I'm just waiting for it to fall off. I really want to order again and hope the quality will last. I noticed that the seams stretched after unpacking. I will post some photos for reference. But such a cute bag! It fits my laptop, charger and small laptop, it's heavier than expected and I wish it could fit a little more. Update: The company sent me a new bag so we'll try again with fingers crossed.
