I fixed it in the corner of the shower with a very strong nail. The nail was already there to hang another one which I threw away because of rust. The reason I can use a nail in the shower is because I don't have tiles. I used drywall with a thin vinyl finish. Very waterproof for twenty years. It still looks perfect. I knew there would be a bobby pin in the corner, so the nail went in there. I'm sure you can also put it on the floor as it has 3 well-designed stable legs. And the workmanship looks very good. It's great that it doesn't rust. They include some tips on how to keep stainless steel clean and shiny.
