Great Platform for Customer Engagement & Retention

The team is great to work together towards goals!The program looks good online too!!It has improved my clients business greatly over last year when it first was implemented by previous agency they used - which went out of buisness shortly thereafter so I'm not sure how well their current implementation will hold up under any changes brought forward now or if its been tweaked since we moved our client there? A little pricey but worth paying especially considering what you get once installed etc., A little more detailed training as opposed than just sending people off at full speed would be helpful though i know this could lead into other issues depending upon time available during your contract renewal negotiationsetc,.

Just some pointers from experience working within large organizations where budgets matter (even small ones). We have reduced no show events significantly due to ability track data/stats using speak tools in realtime while having live staff engaged instead of trying to look The team at spoke made our transition from agency to digital partner seamless - they listened intently as we laid out what services we needed and then got us set up quickly! I don't have any dislikes of this platform or service so far but will update when it comes time to use again after 3 months (or more). We've been able to see great results across all channels which is helping drive new business to my clients.
